and Figure 5. The power supply earth ground was connected to the board chassis ground

at a single point.

A CD-player with an optical fiber connection was used a signal source. A constant 0-

dBFS, 1-kHz sine wave was used as the test signal and the board volume was set so that

the output to the resistive loads was 1/8th of the full scale output level, or 12.5 W.

The test results shown in Figure 6 and Figure 7 are pre-screened radiated EMI test results

from an antenna placement of 3 m in an anechoic chamber. The test results shown in Fig-

ure 8 are preliminary power line conducted test results.
